Ladies & Gents, this is Linut (Mcm nak makan Linux OS hehe). I ate it with umai and sambal belacan. In Brunei it was also known as Ambuyat. The taste? A different yummy i want more food. Hehehe
This is Sarawak's Ramadhan specialty! It's called Bubur Pedas. I thought it was really hot and spicy, but then it tasted like Mama's home cooked lontong. This Bubur Pedas only have loads and loads of vege. I loikeeeee~@!Alhamdulillah.
Praise to God for what I've finally accomplished today. I sent Greenie to the clinic for his routine medical check up. I was in luck as everything went on sale, even the lube and other things which I don't want to know. Especially the voucher for Greenie's monthly bath. Hahaha...Pemalas betul aku nak basuh keta.
As a continuation for my bzzy month, during the second week of Ramadhan I had to fly to Sibu for a Regional meeting. The whole team had to meet on Sunday for a fab presentation to the SM on Monday the 8th. Speaking of preparation, man...! The Otais of the region really freaked the inexperienced moi. Now I really understand (after loads of meeting and speaking The Jargons) what they were talking about...fooh! Amazing team, I got! Alhamdulillah... (An opportunity to learn fast).
In Sibu, we managed to book RH Hotel in spite of the last minute meeting arrangement. Compared to Tanahmas, RH's lobby was huge with a black grand piano and err..the ever so obvious Hijau Lounge. Heh. The room was humble and cosy but a little big for moi.
For RM165, when Tanahmas is fully booked, we'll choose this hotel.

Remember the hell road all the way to Mukah last time?
It was sure as hell that Mukah Road still made me flew in the car, especially during fasting time, with an empty tummy. I nearly throw up all my tummy fusioned kurma and Milo all the way from Sibu to Mukah in Pat's rusty ole Hilux.
This time it was Sept 10th.
Luckily my stay in Kingwood Inn compensated the hellish experience to Mukah. Little that I expected that the newly opened inn was well, beyond my imagination. Only that my sahur was given 10 minus prior to azan subuh, without my fruits. Well, itu je rezeki aku, kan. hehehe.
Surpised! Kingwood Inn in Mukah got flat screen, baby! With that Satellite channels from Indon (bah!). Err..notice the absent mini fridge?
Timber Flooring that impressed me, as soon as I walked in here. Mukah lil town got this fab place to stay (and after all that uncomfortable near-puking road experience!)
Big comfy bed where I can rest my aching err..behind and head (due to flying and bumping all over the car for the hell road)
A touch of modern zen ambience which err came with cheapo China made products. Bawah sinki tu bocor, bai! Hehehe~@!
Another wise space utilization. But frankly, I hate the bathroom door. Heheh. And I wish they installed the big rain shower instead of the filmsy one. But hey RM115 per night, tak payah komplen la. :pWe did our iftar with Sarawak-wide fishermen association at kampung Melayu Mukah. The gang comprising my Boss, Pat, Is, Amat and Amo was there to experience the Mukah kampung styled iftar.
I was amazed how clean this kampung was!
Keladi asam pedas, but I noticed there were less batang keladi yg lazat itu, tapi isi dia. Err..sapa rasa isi keladi sedap, pasti suka lauk ini. But I passed.
The nang nyaman mixed vegePictures speak for itself.
I think, I never loss a kg during Ramadhan. Hehehe...tak peduli! Rezeki Allah bagi tu, jangan dipersiakan. Cuma makan jgn melampau jelah, ye tak?

arin kalau gie otel memana , the most important thing is the toilet..kalau toilet haprak..abis mood ku..
masa di sibu, kami pun stayed di RH. huhu, housekeepingnyer baguih, minta extra toiletries (yealah 1 bilik 3 org dok) dia tak kesah pun..layaan.

Sahur pun dia hantar panas. Tu beza dgn tanahmas, sbb tanahmas kena sahur kat bawah. koserrrr nak turun hehehe

i didnt know Kingswood Inn cantik mcm tu! The last time i went there was month of ramadhan too, and i had to tapau food at nite and heat it guna kaedah 'steam' i.e. boil water in a container and dip the tiffin carrier (tu pun beli kat mini market kat situ) with the food in it.
Am sure chee dah kunjung dan merasa juadah berbuka di pasar ramadhan kat situ, meriah jugak kan?
yeah, my nephew sgt menggilai Golf tapi baru graduated, so terpaksa lah bapak dia bayar downpayment and be his guarantor, instalment je dia bayar (bapak dia kena 'peras ugut' sebab dia berjaya graduated with dean's list') but he got a GTI Fsi (2nd hand but less than 5,000km frm a mat saleh surgeon yg nak balik 'kampong').

I wonder what are you working as ek? Sampai ke Mukah ha..Pasar Ramadhan sana biasa je. Nothin can compare to my TTDI's one. Siap ada dimsum lazat. But I did sample Mukah punya kuih. Hehehe...ok ok jela.
Sedap lagi dorang punya umai.
Anyho, your nephew are very lucky! I graduated few points less than First Class, dean's list berturut2 in 3 semesters pun, tapi dah cukup bersyukur dapat gelang emas. Dahlah, my dad sponsor my school! Terhutang nyawa dengan my parents.
I will buy that Golf Gti/ Golf Eos one day with muh own money, baby! InsyaAllah (lepas dah beli rumah la)
