+..Susah nak Menten..+

Uhuhu,

Since my last post pada Nov 1, 2006 aku jadi sunyi kejap. Sunyi tak bermakna aku senyap dari apa-apa aktiviti kesosialan aku di luar. Well, open house memang berlambak kat luar sana. Ada je dapat jemputan dik non, kak eton, and makcik itu dan ini. Sampai tak larat dah nak pegi. Ada lagi yg buat kenduri kahwin musim raya nih, so jimat kan, kenduri cum open house...ehehe.

Anyho, aku rasa bahasa rojak ialah satu bahasa berevolusi...seswai ngan bahasa pasar gak.

Where were we?

Oh yes.
Talking about all those open houses and free food ranging from ketupat, rendang, lemang, mee kari, laksa johor, nasi impit, laksa asam blabalabla...membuatkan aku pening and susah nak say no, if org ajak makan.

Maklumlah, berat mokcik dah turun berkilo sekarang neh. bukan senang wo. nak kena posa sebulan (err tak sampai snonyer) and then everytime sebelum tido and bangun tido balik nak kena buat sit up untuk kempeskan perut. Uhuhu now dah advance sikit, buat pilates pulak. Pilates work fabulously for my tummy, pelvic muscles, thighs...arms...uhuhu love it!

So, imagine...sayang gila nak *tembam* balik. Tapi macam tak baik pulak tolak jemputan kengkawan. So what I did was

1. Kurangkan makan benda berminyak / berlemak
2. Kurangkan makan benda yang dimasak bersama-sama santan
3. Kurangkan minum air yg manis
4. Kurangkan makan nasik
5. Jangan makan after 8 pm

Tapi susah jugak nak menten kalau dah makan nye seperiuk (kalau average 2 open house sehari, kali ngan 4 weekends?) kan?

So, kena pepandailah...takleh nak ikut nafsu. Since aku ni Taurus yg unggul (yakni: kuat makan) benda-benda macam ni agak sukar la. Sebab aku mmg suka makan sushi, teppanyaki, dimsum, dan masakan2 mama yg best...and roast chicken uwaaaaaa (lapa...)..

Tapi dek kerana nak menten kurangkan lagi berat badan aku, aku kena kurangkan water retention. So ameklah Vitamin B12! Bukan B Complex...ahahah bukan ahh...sbb B Complex akan menyebabkan korang lagi kuat makan. and also dah lepas bulan posa ni, kena giatkan lagi exercise...so aku nak start main badminton balik and swimming! Masalahnya, if aku main sukan tendency untuk lapo tu sgt tinggi...especially lepas jam 8pm (baru sampai umah)

Adeh how lah eh?
Any ideas?

Sbb if ikut my body proportion memang senang nak naik la. Now ni pun ada org tegur dah slim sikit...tapi still nak kena turunkan lagi...

Motivasi nak turunkan badan ni senang je. No. Bukan motivasi frust bercinta...tapiiiiiii

One fine day, i visited a slimming centre located at Damansara. Just because I was so attracted to their ad, mentioning with only RM300 ++, u can be slimmer for Raya. So i guess i need to slim down a bit on my thighs and tummy and arms

So there i went on puasa month. The gal who attended my query was fragile thin. yes. fragile as if i could blow her away with a huff and a puff. She didn't quite friendly as I expected from a slimming centre. She took me to a small, lighted poorly room down the corridor and bluffed everything about the ad. Why I said bluff cos, obviously she mentioned things I don't know of. After all, I only came half heartedly after numerous calls from them insisting to meet up and *analyse* me a.k.a my body fat.

So, there it was a gadget that looks like a weighing machine to me. Only that there was a cord attaching to another device that looks like a bicycle handle. i had to stand on the *weighing machine* and held the *bicycle handle* for few minutes.

Then she gasped. Oh! Miss Taichee your body fat is wayyyy beyond healthy. Instead of 1, your point is 6. Your blablabla..you know fats around your organs are way too thick...blablabla...

Yeah. Right! I am not THAT FAT! Why on earth doesn't she asked me about my activities, like do you exercise everyday? what kind of sports, my heart beat...my blood pressure...etc..does FAT alone constitutes UNHEALTHINESS?

Jadi, di saat itulah aku dah berazam untuk turunkan berat badan dgn cara aku sendiri. Self control. Discipline. InsyaAllah...tapi bila aku start kurus balik ni lah, ada je benda lain yg tak best timbul. Seperti jerawat. So terpaksa pulak gi facial.

Susah tol jadi pompuan kan? Ni pasal nak carik bakal suami...kang dah kawen kang, lain pulak ceta. Kang dah beranak lain pulak...aduihhhh...

slimming centres are also well known as "im fucking lazy to exercise and would rather belive this shit they are selling as a good way to shape my candy ass" centers

i personall think they are all lies.you see sliming centres is a sham. and why oh why must people comform to slim and stick figures? i mean whats wrong with some meat?

i like meaty people. skinny people are too uncool to date. they think to much on what they shouldn't eat. for feck sake i pay the bills u eat aje la. hahahaha

so to finish of the story. senang je kaknaz. minum air puth and jgn makan banyak sangat. i do that all the time

but the thing is. i rather be fat!

Lepas baca this post, tetiba Jannah nak try lose some weight.
My target areas are my thighs and bum.
So mari kita berusaha ke arah body shape yang berjaya!!

Yeah yeah.

Satu suggestion is to take up dancing. Tango ke, Samba ke. Tak pun pogo jek. Nak kurus before Rock the World 7 sebab nak ngorat Pedram from DDA :)

Slimming centres are for those who have lotsa moolah n i don't think they're lazy but just plain tired to take care of the new baby n other kids (hubby as well). unlike singletons like moi n Ms.J, we still have time to have some indulgences in beautifying us, right Ms. J?

during my supremo years in science foundation, i did alotta cucuk langit muahahha..indeed, it works til i was skinny like a stick (no, i didn't take those drugs n alcohols). i was so darn skinny i dont even have boobs!

Well, you should try pilates...it works FAB!!! Ehem pogo = pogo stick like kangaroo tu ke? Anyho, goodluck mengorat Pedram ;)
