+..Sunday's Steamed White Pomfret with Garlic & Spring Onion!..+

It started from an innocent looking white polistyrene box that Wong Sibu gave me last Friday!


I was bored on Sunday and decided to cook this white pomfret!


I used black pepper and salt to eliminate the fishy smell


Accompanying the fish was chillies, organic spring onions and garlic. Loads and loads of them! With light soy sauce, thick soy sauce and of course, fish sauce!

The below piccas explain everything. Including my creativity by using the tea serving set to do the steamer thingy! Yelah nak beli mahal kak oiii! RM800 for that TEFAL 3 in 1 steamer set!


The Before, The After and the Post Kitchen War! Arghh! Hate washing the dishes la....

I wish En. Abang was there to teman me makan. I wish my mama was there to witness my first time steaming fish job! I wish my whole family including my ever critique friendly Abah to comment my cooking..

Well, at least I did something fruitful on Sunday, didn't I? Hahahaha

Oh Yeh.

I separately cooked the broccoli in a different pot. Just add water, salt and butter to taste.

Then, tuang je atas ikan, jimat pinggan! Huahuahua...
