.::B L I S S::.

What a week I had!

28th Jan - 1st Feb are filled with snoring, lepaking, lazying, TV watching and another round of blissful sleep. KLite like yours truly loved long holidays like this since everybody else congested major highways northbound and southbound for their balik kampung journey. Lucky I don't have to share this blissful moments with those Bangladeshis and Myanmars and Indons in KTM Komuters, LRT and Monorel, anyho, they throng KLCC and the likes. Hint: AVOID KLCC!! I remembered commuting to KLCC on sardine-packed komuter with those *foreigners*. Argh! hate those *month-long* unwashed clothes.

Over the weekend, the usually busy, filled with cars roads and full house parking lots and shopping complexes were totally deserted. D E S E R T E D. No hurrying cars that kept blaring their honks and high beams towards you, no long queues nearing the tolls. No long queue while waiting for the traffic lights....BLISS!

What bliss when you and your family went outing to the (in)famous Damansara Uptown where you usually experienced the hassle and bustle of the night market (not forgetting *booked* parking spaces by the stall owners), but it turned out to be a quiter night, loads of empty parking spaces and a relaxed ambience of eateries. BLISS! No blasting techno music from any ah bengs or mamats (for rock kapak music)...

Taro and I proceeded to OU to shop for our kitchen essentials, and other *essential* thingies for yours truly ehehhe...besides ample parking spaces (can park under 5 minutes flat, compared to the usual 20- 30 minutes to find *one*), you get to hunt for your fave items easily without shoving elbows, tried your dresses at deserted fitting rooms, paid your stuff at no-queues cash counters and left the building less than 1 hour, man!! BLISS!!

Only yesterday Feb 1 for Selangor's Awal Muharram and KL's Federal Territory was a busier day for me. Well, somebody has to eventually clean up the house, wash dirty laundry and cook, right? I was bored to eat take-aways and fast food. Oh yeah! I changed my furniture placings again, so that my bed is now at the centre (right under the fan), coffee table on the left side of the bed (so I can utilise it for my broadband connection soon) and my bluish settee near the washroom. New year, new room layout, and I was thinking of a new wall colour. pastel should be nice. New year, new love and perhaps...new family?
