hellew dears@~!
wah lau, i'm pumped for a new *me*. All thanks to Datuk Dr Haji Fadzillah Kamsah and his team from Excel Training. they were great people! well, being an adventurous gal that i am, indoor classes definitely spelt boredom to moi, but to some extent, i don't felt drowsy and sleepy heh~ it was an eye opener and totally new experiences unlike previous trainings that i've gone to bla bla...
my teambuidling course was held at Excel Training Resort in a remote area called Kampung Kapal, Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan. Totally peaceful, tranquil and surrounded by beautiful nature - hills and trees, condensed with oxygen and negative ions to balance our positive ions.
the whole bunch of us, 30 peeps from SQASI departed from Shah Alam at 8 40 am. nearly two hours later, En. Saiful, a young lad who claimed to be the secretariat, greeted us with a broad smile and a short briefing. He ushered us to take our morning refreshment before joining Datuk's class on identifying (knowing) yourself.
Datuk is a man with strong character and he analysed each one of us by looking at our *biodata*. he knows us just by looking at the meaning of our name, our hand writing, birthdate, favourite colour(s), signature, whether we're the eldest, in the middle or the youngest and even our significant other's birthdate. lucky for me, it's still a vacant, har har har.
It was all fated that Datuk could join us and trained us himself as during the initial plan, he was not suppose to be with us at all. alhamdulillah...his class started from 11 am- 1230 pm and continued after Friday prayer til 5 30 pm. We continued our training after that to divide into groups. i was given the responsibility to lead Bimasakti, with the motto Sentiasa di Hadapan meaning - Always the Frontier, something like that. My group, Bimasakti consisted of Kak Tini, Kamaliza, Dalha, Aznam, Jaafar, Azizul and Pakcik Akim. a mixture of young and old, single and married person from all sorta background, knowledge and training. Among our first task was to come up with name tags, cheers and motto.
By 730 p.m. all of the Muslims were gathered in a surau for a jamaah Maghrib, a tazkirah from Ustaz Saiful and continued to jamaah Isya'. one thing that all of us learned that day was to eat fruit first, main course later. So during dinner, every one of us do exactly what we've been taught. It was my favourite spicy herb fried chicken with others.
We continued our training at 9:15 p.m. for another course on building teamwork. Simply by writing a *recipe* filled with positive attitude ingredients and to wash away/ cut away all the negative elements which can deter teamwork. it was fun, teammates asked me to be their chef that night, and i pretended it was like a cook show featuring the famous Chef Wan with a dash of ala Chef Diva ~ Anita Sarawak style! The recipe was called Nasi Ayam Berulam Kasih. well the recipe wasn't came from me, i know nuts about cooking nasi ayam but from Kak Tini and Kamaliza. The rest was contributing on *how to* cook the Nasi Ulam using their own poetrical words . Maklomlah, from the kitchen of D'Cafe Bimasakti hu hu hu. We retired to bed close to 12 a.m after drinking a yummy hot Milo and a bun.
Have to remember to forgive all your family, friends, colleagues and all the people before i shut my eyes. Learned this from Datuk to purify our hearts and remain good faith to all :)
