::an evening with Inas::
it was 17 of August. 8 30 ish. i picked Inas from her house to celebrate her belated burfday...the one that i anticipated for so long but failed to celebrate earlier due to work and other commitments (yeah, right).
Well anyway, we went to a cafe called Teapot in SS2. a fab eating place where its decor is filled with teapots from all sorta countries and shapes and sizes. interesting. reminded me of Aunt Leha, mom's best friend in KK who got lots of bells collection. maybe she ought to open a cafe called The Bell? who knows?
so Inas and I sat down comfortably in this quite romantic and laid back set up of the teapot with friendly waitress to serve and awaiting our orders. it was fish milanese for me and ox tongue (yeah read: lidah) for Inas. i've also ordered the yummy cheesecake, homemade from the kitchen of puan sri (owner's mother). its is sinfully delicious and so heavenly unlike those in Secret Recipe. trust me, you should try.
Back to our main course, the fish milanese is a-ok. i got a chance to taste the ox tongue after much persuasion from Inas. after a lot of bismillah and do'a and salawat as i have never tasted the tongue before, it went well...ok i guess. bravo to the chef for preparing a delicious non-grossy ox tongue ehehhe...still, i kept imagining abt the actual tongue la..how ah?
really miss talking to her, time flew fast. was back home by 10ish. so to Inas: happy belated burfday gal! muahhh
