Every morning, when I reach the office, the first thing I usually do is pick up a bunch of newspapers; comprising all the prime ones outside the office's door (since I was usually the earliest). Then, while going to my cubicle, I will scan the news.
What caught my eyes this morning however was very very interesting (besides police blunders and corrupted news over n over again - 50 years Merdeka!!). I guess news nowadays can be very comical indeed. It amuses me in a way or another. It's like reading Piko's Gempak Starz or watching E! But without the glam and A-List celeb. I thank Allah for a columnist like Dr. Azmi Sharom who sings the same tune as I am. I idolized him for his cynical way of thinking! Hooray Dr. Azmi!! Read More Here for his column called Brave New World in The Star.
Here are the things that make me laugh out loud alone in the office at 730 am today:
1. About Semi Value's another "genius" idea about banning motorcycles on expressways, especially when some of those big bikers took over his car (chauffeur driven, I'm sure) at 170 km an hour. More
2. How the pro-aspirasi candidates in universities won majority of the seats (with some of them uncontested by the pro-mahasiswa. More
Hehehe...Dear Semi Value, I think you should learn how to ride superbikes ler...Apa yg gua kelakar kan, bayangkan ler if Semi Value naik je, kaki terkapai-kapai nak pijak tanah, peh tu belum pape, motor tu tergedebuk jatuh ke sebelah...Ohohoho...It's a joke, man! (oh yeh link blajar naik motor tu aku purposely letak UNTUK Semi Value sbb dia bleh understand apa yg orang dlm clip tu ckp, heheheh)
Lenkali, my brilliant minister, (anyway, anybody knows apa dia punya educational background, tak?) buat research dulu, pikir dulu sebelum bercakap sebarang. It shows your level of thinking ler..adoiii! What a disgrace to equalize a superbike to a rempit kinda bikes (i.e. 150 cc and below). Aku rasa Semi Value ni kena di brief, jenis-jenis motor dan cara-cara pembawaannya. Tu tak termasuk Dirt bike which I lurveeee so much. But its out of the question ler kan. If all these superbikes were to be banned, then I couldn't agree more with these people
My imbecile bro blogged about it too, Obe's (Why Semi Value is An Hero?) on the Udang Sebalik Mee's statement, when the banning issue came to Semi Value like a big neon over his senget haired menutup botak sebelah head. Yeah. Cos bikers do not pay tolls. [what a waste! can't you see the new & shining highways? can't you smell its tar like coke, and you dared speeding and taking over my supir driven car at 170km/h?]
On other news: Well, what can I say. Students are bogged down by AUKU and lotsa "threats". Its totally hilarious because in universities, they are not allowed to involve in politics. But I remember during one of the convocation held in KL, there was a Puteri UMNO counter promoting actively for students to join them. Uik? Boleh pulak? That's just one case scenario. My sister once used to say that those who didn't vote will be penalized (demerit, potong certain points, wuteva)
I was laughing this morning as I know one or two (maybe more) of Malaysian universities are 100% pro-G. Whatever they say or do it's the G-way of doing / saying. Everyone will become a totally angguk-angguk geleng-geleng (Yes Men and Women) species = robotic, parroting whatever the Gomen say and wants to do. If people tends to say otherwise, there will be automatically labeled as the Opposition supporters. Har har dihar...
So, the students are bounded with exemption to? YES. They MUST support the G and cannot be caught supporting their own intellectual thinking (READ: Those who oppose, regardless of any political or apolitical views). Those were histories (Remember Anwar Ibrahim 60s-70s that voiced out what they thought was wrong). I still remember how we voiced out our concern over national politics last time, we were not siding any political views but were branded as Anti-G or Anti establishments. So the major landslide victory by the Pro Aspirasi candidates came to me as expected. I salute UIA for their victorious Pro-Mahasiswa candidates. The name itself already suggested they are pro undergraduates. I hope they can emulate UM's past and glorified histories for being a true aspiration towards a better, thinking leaders. Unlike Nazri Aziz who spontaneously said Singapore is not a country. I'm so ashamed, nearly all the voted for politicians are well, STFU, and Malaysia will prosper (my un-pedicured foot!)
In Bolehland, we are not allowed to think. Just accept it without further questions or protests - Tidak Apa Attitude. Tol naik 10% la! The reply MUST BE, "Tak apa, ala sikit je tu...bagi duit kat kerajaan untuk kebaikan bersama"
Or, Gomen beli screwdrivers dari harga original RM30 plus kepada RM beratus ratus. The reply MUST BE, "Biasalah tu, kita kena kasi duit lebih kat Gomen sbb nak dapat tender tu. Nak buat camana? Ikut jelaaaaa"
Angguk-angguk, geleng-gelengla arakiannya rakyat jelata Malaysia Boleh! Why? Because we are afraid of changes. We are born to be comfortable with what we have and it will all end up in Kedai Kopi, not thru ballot box. Wake up people! Wake up and open your eyes and your ears. Do you want to be in this state of mind (angguk-angguk geleng-geleng) for generations? Na-ah not moi!

Well those were our golden era as students ler. I remember picketing over LDP toll as that jalan was not new (merely upgrade - terus nak letak RM1.50). I remember my ninja kinda penutup muke eheheh...Then Semi Value diskaun to RM1.00 but naikkan lagi 60% this year. Har har dihar!
I remember how politically pumped out I was during Reformasi Era, where I was denied my right to vote, eventhough I've registered wayyyyy before the GE that time.
