.:This morning, while I was listening to FLY fm, I cannot help relating my own experience this morning to the bad day Tuesday. You see, Fly said he hit a dog on his way to work and it was all bloody and messy. He cannot do anything about that (shove aside the dead dog) since he was on a highway.
Meanwhile, few hours after Fly's incident, yours truly woke up feeling afresh and ready to renew her already expired road tax yesterday. She picked up the brown envelope (consist of her customer forms and her own car grant et.al) and due to her inability to fast, she thought hey! I deserve a cuppa Hot Milo this morning. She went downstairs, put the brown envelope on the dining table and boiled some water. While doing this she thought, maybe I ought to warm up Obit first. Not wanting to waste time, she took her handbag and warmed up Obit purring engine. Back to the kitchen, she sipped her Milo very slowly as it was indeed *very hot*. As time flew, she was in a hurry not to add to the congestion bound cars statistic for today. Therefore, off she went and turned on FLY fm.
The road was okay all the way to LDP-Sg.Buloh-Kepong highway. She thought "Hey! I was indeed lucky because in another 5 minutes I would surely add up to the stat. " While waiting for the traffic light to turn green, she wanted to be sure that her brown envelope in the car. She searched highs and lows but the brown envelope was nowhere to be seen. D’ohh! She left it right on her dining table while busy making her cuppa hot Milo! Arghhhhhhhhh!!!!.......
The bad day already started. She made a turning back to TE and peeked at the other side of the road, which was okay at that time. It only took about 12 minutes from my house to LDP's traffic jam, feeling hapless. Yeah people. I was already late to the office, but when Mimi called in to FLY FM, saying that she was cheesed off with her BF, all Fly needed to do was to made her win the one-step-behind quiz. Fly was her hero and mine, too. He made me laughed and took away my misery. I answered every questions asked (didn't win anything, obviously), made my brain forgets the d’oh incident and heck! Misery Needs Companions. He made my day. Thee hee hee. When Mimi said "Wow! I won the KLIA Pan Pac Ramadhan buffet?" Fly simply said, "..and people wonder why I'm doing this for a job.."He felt good. Mimi felt good and their feel good momentum hit moi. A simple domino effect, I hope.
You may not understand this story at all. You do not need to. It made me felt good when others feel it too:.
Moral of the story:
